3. Delivery Time

  • Within Saudi Arabia: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • GCC & International Orders (if applicable): Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

4. Shipping Fees

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and items immediately.

    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and send replacements or process a refund where applicable.
